Group Therapy for New and Expectant Moms on Mondays, 8-9pm

This Virtual Group Can Be Free For Most People With Aetna, Horizon or BCBS

Expectant Mothers and New Moms all deserve to have a little extra support as they begin to enter an entirely new phase of their lives. Pregnancy and Motherhood continue to be ever changing, especially adding the pandemic as another challenge.  Routines and milestones throughout pregnancy and motherhood have changed in the past 2 years — your social calendar, work schedule, personal freedom, and more.  Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders are serious challenges to overcome. Now, more than ever, Expectant Mothers and New Moms need extra support and a wellness roadmap. New Moms Support Group is a weekly virtual group for new moms, whether expecting or new to motherhood, to make friends and get professional and peer support.

When:  Monday's from 8pm-9pm, running openly each week.

Leader:  Paula Bardales, LCSW, and fellow Mom, will facilitate.  See her bio here!
