Olga specializes in recovery of all kinds from gambling and substance abuse to sex, porn, and shopping addiction. In her work with couples, Olga draws on the Gottman Method and has expereince supporting couples in recovery or with any family history of addiction.  In addition, Olga is able to support clients through this sensitive adjustment period, navigating challenges like trauma, depression, anxiety, and identity formation. She is also a trained hypnotherapist and uses CBT, DBT and REBT in her work.  Olga holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University and a masters in Psychology from her home country and provides services in English or Russian as needed.  She works Sunday 11 am - 7:30 pm, Monday 10 am - 6:30 pm., Tuesday 9 am - 5:30, Wednesday 2 pm - 8 pm, Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm.  Olga is currently offering telehealth only but our offices will reopen soon.
