We Take Insurance
Our center is in-network with Aetna, Horizon, BCBS, United Healthcare/Optum, & Meritain plans. We are not in-network with NJ Family Care. Our office will check your coverage at your request before your first appointment. We also highly recommend that you call your insurance directly to confirm your coverage. Can I Use My HSA/FSA?
Yes. You can add your hsa/fsa credit card to our client management system directly--see below.
How Payments Are Collected
All client copays are collected on the day of the session via our client management system using Stripe (a credit card processing service). When you onboard with our practice, you will receive access to our client portal and can securely add the credit card of your choice. Our staff cannot see your credit card information. We do accept Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account cards.
Out of Network
If we are out of network with your plan, we can still help you navigate your out of network benefits. You can read our How To Check Your Out Of Network Benefits sheet as a start.
Private Pay Rates
$125 for 50 min session
$215 for 90 Min (Recommended for Couples)
Reduced Fee or Sliding Scale
We do not offer a reduced fee or sliding scale at this time.
Insurance companies are mis-processing claims more than usual this year. Please see our tip sheet for help getting your claims properly processed.

Cancellation Policy & Fees
You must cancel your appointment by the night before to avoid a late fee.
Our late cancellation fees are $50 for a 50 min session and $100 for a 90 min double session. If you cancel your appointment on the same day, or if you do not show up for your appointment within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled time, RCC will charge a late fee to the card you have on file.
Why Is There A Fee? Good question! We do not double-book our sessions and thus when you schedule an appointment, you are reserving a specific appointment time with your therapist. Your therapist will be ready and waiting to work with you. If you do not attend, your therapist does not get paid for the time you reserved. For this reason, nearly every therapy practice has a cancellation policy. With us, you can cancel up to the night before your scheduled session with no penalty.
