My Approach

I love walking with women through challenging seasons of life, especially women navigating relationships and empowerment in midlife and those in their early 20s who are seeking meaning and trying to go deeper in self-awareness and insight. My clients come to me for things like relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, inner child work, setting boundaries, life transitions, emotional regulation, shame, and codependency. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Anthem, Empire, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Medicare, Oscar, 1199 plans, BCBS, and Horizon. We are not able to submit claims for NJ Family Care, Medicaid, or Tricare Plans.

I see clients in-person at our Bloomfield office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Tuesday to Saturday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. We have more than 60 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I am sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
