With life being uncertain, helping couples through challenges is a passion of mine. As a Marriage & Family Therapy Graduate Candidate, I am honored to support new couples or those married 20+ years navigate expectations, anxiety, depression, commitment fears, and poor communication towards fortifying a strong foundation. I utilize EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy), The Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more to help your relationship flourish.
