My Approach

I am a dedicated and compassionate intern therapist who specializes in helping young adults and adults navigate life's challenges. With a focus on anxiety, depression, workplace stress, life transitions, and career development, I provide a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their concerns and achieve their personal goals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness and believe in meeting clients where they are, tailoring my approach to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances. I am committed to empowering my clients to overcome obstacles and build fulfilling lives.

I'm part of the team at Resolution Counseling's Jersey City office and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Horizon, BCBS, Anthem, Empire, Medicare, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Oscar, and 1199 plans. I see clients in-person at our Bloomfield office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Sunday to Thursday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
