My Approach

I work with adults and parents and love to support recent college grads, young professionals, adults in co-parenting relationships, or parents of school-aged kids. I can also provide a Christian lens for those who want to bring faith into the journey. I specialize in anxiety, depression, parenting, grief, loss, and relationship issues and draw on CBT, the Nurtured Heart Approach, and solution-focused techniques. I see clients in-person at our Bloomfield office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Tuesday to Saturday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
