CANCELING
Clients can cancel up to 5pm the night before an appointment without incurring a late fee. You can cancel via the portal or via the link in our text reminder up to 24 hours ahead. After that point, please text your name and appointment date and time to 201-632-5554 and also text your therapist or message them in the portal. Please note that cancellations requested after 5pm the night before will incur a late cancellation fee of $75 for a 50 min session and $115 for a 90 minute couples session.
SCHEDULING
Cancel, reschedule, or book a new appointment anytime by signing into our portal and navigating to the Appointments tab. You may also message your therapist or call or text our administrative team to cancel, schedule, or reschedule.
