APPOINTMENT CHANGES
To cancel without a late fee, please do so before 5 PM the night prior to your appointment. Use our portal to cancel and reschedule upcoming appointments, or message your therapist.
You can cancel using the text reminder link up to 24 hours in advance. For last-minute changes, text 201-632-5554 with your details and also inform your therapist directly. Note that a late cancellation will incur a $75 fee for 55-minute sessions and $115 for 90-minute sessions.
