My Approach
I am a client-focused, empathetic, and devoted psychotherapist who has been in the social services field for over a decade. I work with individuals struggling with various forms of anxiety, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and the effects of trauma and domestic violence. I also have a passion for supporting clients in the perinatal period, through pregnancy, and navigating infertility challenges.
