CAREERS

Want to join a collaborative team and work with clients you'll love?

Resolution Counseling Center is a growing private practice and we are opening a new location in Bloomfield to serve individual adults, couples, teens, and families.

We are working remotely due to the pandemic, but in the future this could remain a hybrid position in which you would work onsite 3 days/wk and remotely 2 days/wk.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage/Family Therapy

  • Current NJ license as LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT

  • 2+ years of full-time counseling experience preferred (3000 session hours), but exceptional candidates will be considered with less experience.

  • Available to work 2-3 evenings until 8 and/or one weekend day preferred

Compensation: You will be hired as a fee-for-service employee (not contractor.) Your pay rate ranges based on experience. You will receive a W2 instead of 1099.

Health Insurance and paid sick leave are provided along with bonuses for meeting certain targets or bringing in your own clients. We take professional support seriously. We are proud of our staff, believe in the important work they do, and strive to create a happy professional home for our team.

You'll have lots of chances to collaborate with your colleagues in staff meetings, case conferences, and in one-on-one meetings with your executive director and clinical supervisor.

LSW applicants: If you are working toward independent licensure, we provide the supervision that meets your license requirements. We also offer additional training in Gottman Method couples counseling (Levels 1 and 2), trauma, Motivational Interviewing, and perinatal/post-partum care depending on each therapists' interests.

Please email Joel Levine, Executive Director, with your resume and a brief email to introduce yourself. Contact him at joel at resolutioncc.com. Put "job application" in the subject line.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Our therapists are working 100% remotely right now but will be transitioning back to in-person starting in July. We prefer to do your initial training in-person (with social distance precautions in place), but you will only see clients over tele-health video sessions until you are vaccinated & the pandemic wanes.
