She helps navigate anxiety, depression, recovery, stress management, relationships, and life transitions. Andrea incorporates an eclectic and adaptive approach to therapy.

Yasmina helps adults, couples, & new moms manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, the transition to parenthood, relationship issues, and intergenerational trauma. She draws on mindfulness, the Gottman Method, and your early childhood to gain insight and release change.

Paula specializes in relationship issues and trauma, & supports women going through all stages of family formation from fertility through parenting. Paula has been in the field for more than ten years. She also leads our New & Expectant Moms & Birth Parents Group.

Hilry works with adults questioning their relationship with food and those facing infertility or postpartum issues. As a queer therapist, she also loves working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Hilry combines the best of CBT, DBT, and trauma recovery tools to work towards your unique therapy goals.

Jalene is a mindfulness-oriented therapist who helps clients through anxiety, depression, transitions, and relationship issues. She particularly enjoys clients exploring the “who am I” questions, new or aspiring moms, and couples who want to more deeply understand their relationship dynamics.

Andrea works with adults through seasons of challenge & transition using mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, & other approaches to healing. She focuses on insight, self-care, & building support with the belief that we all have resilience & capacity for growth.

Janine helps clients facing infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges, or adults & teens going through big transitions like career change, loss, divorce, and adoption. She has a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health and draws on mindfulness, CBT, and DBT to support healing and growth.

Katie offers a safe, casual space for meaningful work, blending CBT, DBT & ACT with mind-body approaches like EFT, tapping & yoga. With advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health, she’s a great fit for expecting & new parents.
