I help adult clients work through seasons of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and life transitions with a focus on insight, self-care, and building supportive relationships. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Anthem, Empire, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Medicare, Oscar, 1199 plans, BCBS, and Horizon. We are not able to submit claims for NJ Family Care, Medicaid, or Tricare Plans.

I offer office visits at our Millburn location and can provide telehealth across NJ. I work Monday to Friday with daytime and evening appointments. Reach out anytime.
