My Approach

I’m a queer therapist who loves supporting adult clients in our community to live in authentic and connected ways. I help clients navigate gender and sexuality, transitioning, relationships, anxiety, depression, and grief with a special focus on professionals creating an authentic identity at work and anyone struggling to build a meaningful local community. I combine Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with motivational work and my belief that you are the expert while I am merely a guide. I work Sunday through Thursday with day and evening times. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Anthem, Empire, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Medicare, Oscar, 1199 plans, BCBS, and Horizon. We are not able to submit claims for NJ Family Care, Medicaid, or Tricare Plans.

I see clients in-person at our Bloomfield office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Sunday to Thursday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. We have more than 50 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
