My Approach

I am a queer-identified therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples. I utilize a strengths-based approach and a trauma-informed lens with my clients. I use a psychodynamic approach with clients who want to explore their unconscious motives and behaviors. I am a member of our Queer, I team and specialize in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Anthem, Empire, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Medicare, Oscar, 1199 plans, BCBS, and Horizon. We are not able to submit claims for NJ Family Care, Medicaid, or Tricare Plans.

I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Monday to Friday and offer daytime and evening appointments.
