My Approach

I’m a Caribbean Christian therapist, and I love working with seniors, young professionals, and women navigating relationship issues, anxiety, self-esteem, workplace or career issues, depression, thoughts of self-harm, or other uncontrollable emotions. I value creating a calm, safe space with no room for judgment. In session, we’ll work on things like coping with relationship issues, setting boundaries, getting curious about self, gaining insight, learning to identify feelings and manage them differently, and exploring their faith as an avenue of healing (if desired). I am part of the team at Resolution Counseling Center, where we want to make it easy to start therapy with us. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, Continental, Cigna, Horizon, BCBS, Anthem, Empire, Medicare, and 1199 plans. You can book online, call, email, or text us anytime.

I see clients in person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Monday to Friday and offer daytime and evening appointments. We have more than 60 therapists on staff, so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
