I specialize in working with adults, couples, co-parents, and members of the queer community. My clients tend to be curious, motivated, and ready to explore meaningful change. Together, we’ll uncover insights, explore new tools, and create practical strategies all in a space that is affirming, compassionate, and structured. My approach draws from CBT and is grounded in real-world application. With couples, I focus on resolving conflict and fostering emotional safety, so both partners feel seen, heard, and supported. I see clients in person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Sunday to Thursday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
