My Approach

I specialize in helping women navigate infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting, as well as supporting adults and teens through life transitions like career changes, grief, or family changes such as divorce, separation, or adoption. I use evidence-based techniques like mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and DBT to promote healing and growth. With a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health, birth doula training, and personal experience with parenting, adoption, and blended families, I bring professional expertise and understanding. I see clients in-person at our Millburn office and meet virtually with clients across NJ and NY. I work Mon-Fri and offer daytime and evening appointments.
