My Approach

I specialize in women navigating infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges, or any adult or teen navigating major life transitions like work/career changes, grief and loss, or family changes like divorce, separation, marriage, or adoption. I draw on interventions like mindfulness, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), and DBT to support healing, growth, and change. I also have a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health, training as a birth doula, and my own experiences with parenthood, stepparenthood, adoption, and blended and multicultural families. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Anthem, Empire, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Medicare, Oscar, 1199 plans, BCBS, and Horizon. We are not able to submit claims for NJ Family Care, Medicaid, or Tricare Plans.

I see clients in-person at our Millburn office and meet virtually with clients across NJ and NY. I work Mon-Fri and offer daytime and evening appointments. We have more than 50 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
