My Approach

I am a compassionate social worker specializing in empowering adolescents and young adults facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges and build confidence. Passionate about helping individuals navigate social and dating relationships, I support healthy communication and identity exploration. With experience across diverse populations, including adolescents, young adults, and the geriatric community, I’m dedicated to fostering growth and resilience.

I am part of the team at Resolution Counseling where we want to make it easy to start therapy with us. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, Continental, Cigna, Horizon, BCBS, Anthem, Empire, Medicare, and 1199 plans. You can book online, call, email, or text us anytime.

I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office and provide tele-health to clients across NJ. I work Tuesday to Saturday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. We have more than 60 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
