My Approach

I work with teens, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. My integrative approach blends evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and somatic therapy to support healing on both emotional and physical levels. For couples, I use the Gottman Method to strengthen connection, improve communication, and build conflict resolution skills. Every session is collaborative and tailored to you. I provide a supportive space where you're in the lead, and I offer tools to help you manage emotions, build self-esteem, and stay present. I see clients in-person at our Bloomfield office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Tuesday to Saturday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
