I am a Black female therapist specializing in working with adults and couples who are navigating challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression grief and loss, and relationship conflict. I have a focus on providing support and guidance for individuals navigating the complexities of infertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. I utilize modalities such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy to highlight client strengths and barriers and to set goals throughout the therapeutic process. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Anthem, Empire, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Medicare, Oscar, 1199 plans, BCBS, and Horizon. We are not able to submit claims for NJ Family Care, Medicaid, or Tricare Plans.
