My Approach
Ever feel like everyone else has it together but you’re just surviving the chaos? Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I work with kids, teens, and adults who may be feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure of their next steps. Using person-centered, evidence-based care, I help clients strengthen coping skills, manage ADHD and stress, navigate school and work challenges, and build healthier relationships. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and confident to thrive, not just survive.
