My Approach

Guided by my experiences as a gay and nonbinary person, I assist couples, adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, recovery and sobriety, relationship issues, and LGBTQIA community issues. I make therapy as collaborative as possible. With teens, I ally closely with parents to develop a plan that works to connect better at home and engage in sustainable change. With adults and couples, I use evidence-based methods to gain insight into your patterns, communicate effectively, and make sense of your life experiences in your larger family and societal context. I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office and can do telehealth across NJ. I work Monday to Friday and offer daytime and weekend appointments.
