I love helping women and men in their 20s and 30s heal from anxiety and depression, recover from breakups, navigate friendships, create work-life balance, and unpack questions like “is this relationship working?” I want you to be your unapologetic self, and we'll start with your goals and hopes for therapy. I'll bring therapy techniques like mindfulness, coping skills, positive self-talk, and an existential lens as we understand your patterns, accept the things you cannot change in this season, and leverage your strengths.
