My Approach
I focus on adults and specialize in things like emotional challenges, relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and trauma, like abuse, going to college, divorce, or loss. I use approaches like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and making sense of the past to nurture self-compassion and gain insight. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions.
