My Approach

Do you ever think: "I thought I’d be further along at this point in my life", "I am stuck professionally", or "I can’t seem to end this relationship, and I know I can't stay in it?" I'm a therapist and adjunct professor who loves working with seniors, adults, teens, and the queer community to create meaningful relationships and better understand oneself. I am a non-judgmental listener, and I’ll draw on CBT and mindfulness techniques as we navigate significant life changes, debunk the grind culture, embrace quiet moments, set boundaries, and build the life you want. I see clients in-person at our Millburn office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Sunday to Thursday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
