My Approach

I love supporting teens and young adults throughout their life’s journey. My clients come to me for support with things like: Life transitions, Anxiety, Overcoming professional challenges, and grief. With teens, I assist them with managing their emotions and helping them cope with daily challenges. I believe in fostering a safe environment where we can achieve goals and build on strengths. I work with clients to help them live a life of authenticity that is true to them.

I'm part of the team at Resolution Counseling Center's Jersey City office and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, Continental, Cigna, Horizon, BCBS, Anthem, Empire, Medicare, Oscar, and 1199 plans. You can call us, email us, or visit us online.

I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Tuesday to Saturday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. We have more than 60 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
