I work with teens & young adults navigating anxiety, relationship issues, depression, ADHD, & life transitions in the workplace or home. I help clients develop insight & overcome difficult childhood experiences & self-defeating patterns by using a neurodiversity-affirming approach, CBT, ACT, & mindfulness interventions. With clients, I aim to create an engaging and warm space as you journey toward your most authentic self.
