My Approach

I empower couples, adults, and youth to navigate relationship challenges, family conflict, ADHD, social and academic pressures, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQIA+ issues. With kids and teens, I bring art, play, mindfulness, and coping skills into sessions while collaborating with parents for lasting change. For adults and couples, we’ll explore your patterns and early experiences to better understand your path forward today. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Gottman Method couples therapy to boost connection and well-being.

I'm part of the team at Resolution Counseling's Jersey City office, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. I see clients in person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Sunday to Thursday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
