My Approach

I love walking with families through challenging stages and experiences. I focus on relationship issues, infidelity, trauma, depression, anxiety, body positivity, infertility, postpartum issues, parenthood transitions, and the challenges of family life. I am a Certified Trauma Professional, trained in maternal mental health, and have a certificate in Child and Adolescent Well-being. My therapeutic approach incorporates CBT, DBT, play therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. See if I'm accepting new clients and book online!

I'm part of the team at Resolution Counseling Center, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. I am in-network with Aetna, Meritain, & Continental plans. I am not able to submit claims for NJ Family Care, Medicaid, or Tricare Plans. I work with kids, teens, and adults, with appointments Monday to Saturday. I offer telehealth across NY, NJ, and UT for children, teens, and parents.

I come to therapy as a second career after more than 20 years of working in helping professions, from teaching and ministry to supporting women's organizations. I draw on my clinical training as well as my life experience when working with my clients. Reach out anytime.
