My Approach

I focus on adults and specialize in things like emotional challenges, relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and trauma, like abuse, going to college, divorce, or loss. I use approaches like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and making sense of the past to nurture self-compassion and gain insight. I see clients in person at our Millburn office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Monday through Friday and offer daytime & evening appointments.
