I'm a non-binary, white Transperson who works with adults, teens, and families. I specialize in providing trauma-informed therapy focused on communal liberation, working with LGBTQIA+/Queer folks and people who have experienced trauma and violence. In my work, I draw on Boston Liberation Health therapy, an approach that contextualizes mental health within larger frameworks to set achievable and meaningful short- and long-term goals. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Anthem, Empire, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Medicare, Oscar, 1199 plans, most BCBS, and Horizon. We are not able to submit claims for NJ Family Care, Medicaid, or Tricare Plans.

I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office (by Journal Square PATH) and meet clients virtually across NJ, NY, and MA. I work Tuesday to Saturday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. We have more than 50 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is.
