Sarah focuses on kids, teens, and adults and specializes in things like ADHD, emotional and academic challenges, relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and big life transitions like moving, going to college, divorce, or loss. In session, Sarah uses approaches like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and making sense of the past as we pursue healing and growth. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Anthem, Empire, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Medicare, Oscar, 1199 plans, most BCBS, and Horizon. We are not able to submit claims for NJ Family Care, Medicaid, or Tricare Plans.

Sarah sees clients in-person at our Millburn office and provides telehealth to clients across NJ. She works Tuesday to Saturday and offers daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
